MANAGING A VEHICLE FLEET is a new and more modern way to manage and optimize the fleet’s costs. This application is a solution for transport companies or any type of work involving a fleet of vehicles.

The main function is to reduce the risks that lead to the realization of the cost of the fleet, improve the efficiency of fleet management, and reduce the cost of transport for any number and type of vehicle. With this solution, you automate the processes: maintenance of machines (cars, buses, trucks, work machines, etc.), driver management, fuel consumption, safety.

ALARM SYSTEM

A record of all regular and unplanned services, the date of sending the vehicle to maintenance, a description of what is exactly done on the vehicle and the amount of the cost, the account number.

TIRES AND ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT

Tracking tire maintenance data – serial number, date of manufacture, type, date of change of winter / summer tires. Tracking data on first aid and other mandatory and optional additional equipment.

INCIDENTS

Documentation, record of damage, driver information in case of traffic accidents. Damage reports by type of occurrence, by degree of damage, injuries, the overall description of an accident, failure or penalty.

REPORTS

  • Fuel consumption per vehicle for a given period.
